Lometa Diamondback Jubilee
This event is held the last Saturday in March, sponsored by Lometa Lions Club. This annual event features rodeo action and crowning of a rodeo queen, arts and crafts, a variety of concessions, a carnival, chili cook-off, barbeque cook-off, a street dance, musical entertainment and of course, lots of rattlesnakes!Bloomin' Fest
This event is held the first Saturday in April. Held in association with the Highland Lakes Bluebonnet Trail, this festival is staged on downtown Courtyard Square. Featured are arts and crafts, entertainment, kids' activities, gardening specialists, springtime plants and concessions.
Bloomin' Fest Sip & Stroll
The Spring Sip & Stroll showcases a variety of Texas Wineries from all over Texas inside our various boutiques, shops, and businesses surrounding our annual Springtime extravaganza known as The Bloomin' Fest which features live music, over 100 arts and crafts booths, great food, gardening booths for all of your springtime planting, and an exciting children’s area all of which is located around the Historic Courtyard Square of Downtown Lampasas!Lampasas County Hillacious Bike Tour
This annual event occurs the second Saturday of April. This bicycle tour allows participants a choice of several distances from 10 to 70 miles. In addition there are children's activities and attractions for non-cyclist family members. Riders use mostly county roads or farm-to-market thoroughfares.City Wide Garage Sale
This events occurs twice each year in the months of April and November. The City Wide Garage Sale features booth rentals for those who wish to do some spring cleaning. Numerous vendors sell their items downtown. Food and drink concessions are available, and various community groups and organizations offer raffles and bake sales.Fort Hood Welcome Party
Sponsored by the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce, this event provides the opportunity for local residents to share a meal and fellowship with Fort Hood representatives.Lampasas Riata Roundup Rodeo
The Southern Extreme Bull Riding Association-sanctioned event kicks up plenty of dust and excitement at the FM 580 Sports Complex. Everything a cowboy could need is included; goat roping, mutton bustin', bucking ponies and bull riding.Spring Ho Festival
This annual event is one of the biggest draws for visitors to Lampasas. Thousands participate in seven days off festivities. As the week goes on, activities keep participants busy from early morning until after dark. Arts and crafts booths, a parade, carnival, beauty pageant, county fair, fireworks show, 10k, and one-mile runs, and a myriad of other events make the festival one that shouldn't be missed.Spring Ho Barbecue Cook-Off
This annual event draws teams from across Texas who spend the better part of the weekend preparing their mouth-watering delicacies to be judged. Prizes are awarded, including bragging rights. Visitors can sample many of the entries.Toughest 10K, One Mile Run and Family Fun Run
This event takes place during the week of the Spring Ho Festival, and is for those who like to spend part of their Saturday morning competing in timed running events. Medals are offered to the top male and female finishers in various age groups.Lampasas County Wine Tour
The Chamber of Commerce sponsored event features tastings from local and area wineries. Winery owners share tasting tips, information on the wine industry and exclusive specials on their products. Ticket holders participate in a reception with a guest speaker, with light snacks and beverages offered.Artober Fest
Formerly know as Herb & Art Fest & Jammin' with Art in the Park, this event is featured at the Hanna Springs Sculpture Garden at Campbell Park, vendors and exhibitors offer a variety of art and garden wares for sale at the annual event. Experts in various herb-related fields share their knowledge and tips with visitors during cooking lessons and workshops.Sulphur Creek Car cruise
This annual event brings classic cars to W.M. Brook Park in Lampasas, and those spectators who participate can enjoy a walk through the past. Awards for Best of Show!Squared Silly

This event is a trade show that features all that Lampasas businesses has to offer. Giveaways and promotions are part of the showcase, hosted by the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce.Casino Night

This event is held at the H-E-B parking lot, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce where barbecue sandwich meals are sold, and information is offered to usher in the hunting season.Hometown Holidays
Each year in December, the Lampasas County Museum seeks residents with unique or remarkable homes who are willing to share them with the community, ticket-holders tour the homes. Proceeds benefit the Lampasas County Museum.Holiday Tour of Homes
One of the largest fundraisers for the Lampasas County Museum, the Tour of Homes allows ticket-holders to visit a selected roster of area homes decorated for the holidays. Light refreshments are offered at the museum.Carol of Lights
Sponsored in part by Ajinomoto Windsor Foods plant in Lampasas, this annual event is held the first Saturday in December on the Courtyard Square and features a Christmas Lighted Parade, a visit from Santa Claus, caroling around the downtown square, late night shopping, gingerbread house and Christmas tree decorating contests, entertainment on the bandstand and a bake sale at the museum.

Celebration of the holiday season continues as vendors, food and activities for all ages are offered at W.M. Brook Park, which is aglow with Christmas decorations that fill the park.
